The Heart Behind Meow and Pawp

The philosophy is simple: treat every pet like they are part of the family. That means paying attention to what makes them happy or nervous, giving them love when they want it, and letting them have their space when they need it. Pet parents can expect care that is consistent, hands on, and full of real attention, not just a checkmark on a list. I send updates because I know it matters to you and because I genuinely want you to know your pets are safe and content. The goal is for everyone to feel calm, happy, and confident, pets and parents alike.

Meet your sitter
Hi, I’m Lizzie, the person behind Meow and Pawp Pet Care. I bring over twelve years of experience working in veterinary clinics, including general practice, ophthalmology, and emergency care, combined with several years of professional pet sitting. I love getting to know each pet’s personality and providing care that meets their unique needs, whether they are seniors, recovering from procedures, have special medical or behavioral considerations.
I also have a household full of rescue pets, so I know firsthand what it means to care for pets who need extra love. I have two senior rescues and a Frenchie who was scheduled for euthanasia because of an anal prolapse. Today she is thriving and full of personality, which is a daily reminder of why I do what I do.
I am down to earth and approachable but always vigilant, making sure your pets are happy, safe, and thriving at every visit.
